John Ferguson has more than 18 years of consulting experience with expertise in supply chain strategy and operations.
He has managed the delivery of supply chain performance improvement and cost reduction programs across a variety of industries, including software, semi-conductor, consumer electronics, chemicals, automotive/heavy equipment, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications and financial services.
Mr. Ferguson specializes in the development and delivery of supply chain solutions that improve global supply chain performance and create value through sustainable operating, financial, and service level gains. He has extensive client and industry experience in sales and operations planning, transportation and distribution management, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, and supply chain technology assessment and selection.
Prior to joining Archstone consulting, Mr. Ferguson served as a leader in Accenture's Supply Chain Strategy practice. Before that, he held positions with McLaughlin & Associates and with Kraft Foods.
Mr. Ferguson holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Economics from Purdue University.
