Ramin Tabibzadeh is a Principal of Archstone Consulting, with more than 20 years of management consulting and operations experience.
He is a recognized leader in developing and implementing cost effective strategic programs to improve his clients' market positioning, operating flexibility, speed to market and cost structures. He has served extensively global and multinational companies in manufacturing, consumer products and service industries.
Mr. Tabibzadeh has assisted his clients in the areas of strategic planning, product lifecycle management, program management, supply chain and operations improvement, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining Archstone Consulting, Mr. Tabibzadeh served as a leader in Deloitte Consulting and A.T. Kearney's manufacturing and supply chain practices. While in industry, he was responsible for program management and product development at a division of Rockwell International, later acquired by Boeing.
Mr. Tabibzadeh has authored several leading publications on supplier relationship management, collaboration, and product development including "The Five Key Elements of World Class Supplier Relationship Management", "Value Chain Collaboration", and "What's Your Day Like". He has been published, quoted in and contributed to several leading journals and periodicals including Chief Supply Chain Officer, Industry Week and Aviation Week.
Mr. Tabibzadeh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA as well as Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
