Maureen Piché is a Principal of Archstone Consulting in the firm’s operations practice.    She has 23 years of operational and strategic leadership specializing in Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Services, Process Improvement, Merger Integration, IT Strategy and Portfolio Management, Operations and Cost Improvement.  Ms. Piché has directed a number of engagements for Fortune 500 companies undergoing radical changes including outsourcing, post merger integration, globalization, and shared services expansion.

Prior to joining Archstone, Maureen was SVP, CIO/CPO at Genuity, a Vice President at Bell Atlantic and a Vice President at NYNEX.  Ms. Piché has led a shared services organization responsible for IT, procurement, process engineering, real estate and construction and outsourced a number of functions.

Ms. Piché holds a MBA degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Manhattan College.
