EVERYONE KNEW WAYNE WOULD BE A STAR PLAYER

After completing my undergrad degree at the University of Chicago, I joined Archstone Consulting because it was the one consulting company that set itself apart during the on-campus recruiting process and offered an experience that I believed I would gain the most out of.  The consultants I met were very sociable and I felt comfortable around them.  This was especially important to me as I knew consulting, in general, is very demanding and I wanted to be working with people that I got along with and could chat with if we worked late into the evening.

I have been involved in two main engagements since joining Archstone Consulting.  My first project was with an insurance company, where we were tasked to develop operational plans for multiple strategic initiatives.  As part of the project, I led multiple client work sessions to analyze organizational impact, resource requirements, implementation challenges and performed cost and resource analyses for theses initiatives.

My second and current project is with an information systems provider, where we were designing and are now implementing a new financial consolidation system and process.  The implementation is focused on improving the current consolidation, close and reporting process to a new, more focused technology solution.   I’ve been involved in the conceptual design, redevelopment of the chart of accounts, data integration, and led training for the user community.

I’m also involved with undergraduate recruiting and co-organizing our annual Summer Softball Event.  In my free time, you’re most likely to find me watching or playing soccer as I am a dedicated and rabid fan of the sport!
